This one took a while to close, though it finally did today! My clients wrote on this Short Sale back in early May. I was told a Short Sale could take 6 months...we did it in 4! Definitely only do a Short Sale purchase if you are patient. Purchases of foreclosures from banks, Fannie Mae or the FDIC are a lot quicker....in fact the quicker and the more cash ...the better.

Yesterday I went through one of the most exciting duplexes that I have seen in University City. First of all the duplex is enormous, though it also has an elevator and best architectural finishes. I was in love with the expansive terrazzo floors. The second floor has a vaulted ceiling and a bonus room on the 3rd floor. This really is a property that would be fun to owner-occupy.
