Finally one of my most difficult sales have closed. This went under contract in February....Ugh! In order to meet the Buyer's request, I had to go through the process of having the condo complex VA Loan approved. I will never agree to doing that again! The rest of the condo owners will benefit greatly from my efforts when trying to sell their places. My file on this one is about 5" thick. Oh well....it is done and everyone is happy. I represented the Sellers.

This Spring I had the opportunity to list and sell 2229 Park Avenue for a stylish couple. I put a Coming Soon sign up and had an Open House for some city-oriented realtors and believe it or not, sold it before it actually went into the MLS. I wish all of my listings moved like that. Though not all listings are as admired and command such presence at their location. This home has lovingly been referred to as the "Show Boat" house. It sits across from Lafayette Square.
