Those are cute. I think they would be ideal in a dining area or in a child's room. They would also be good in some eateries.
If they are easy to move, they could also be used by decorators for different formal occasions.
I went to a formal event recently- it was actually a funeral. We wanted to have a more cheerful celebration of the life of the person who passed on. Balloons were used as part of the decorations.
I think that lights like these would have had an even better effect.
