Perched on the side of a hill right off of Carman between Doughtery Ferry and 141 sits a gem of a house on a large 3.56 acre lot. The house was lived in and designed by Robert Elkington who was an esteemed architect in the nation. Robert was a Japanese American who changed his name in the 40's to avoid problems associated with being Japanese at that time of our country's history.
This house needs some TLC, though is very special. A bargain at $250,000......and at real risk of being torn down!

I am inspired to dream a Japanese style house. It's elegant to llok at and they observe minimalism style. This style is so lovely to follow with.
