Last Summer I sold a nice family a large Mid-century home in Creve Coeur that only had one owner. The home had great bones, though needed a lot of "freshening". The new owners are finally finished and shared this picture with me. Those are walnut floors!

I drove by this home the other day and noticed they were fixing it up. I say that they started striping the paint off the exterior. hopefully they'll stain it walnut too!
