I had the pleasure of helping a nice, young couple find their Mid-Century (MCM) dream home. They are members of Modern STL and wanted their own showplace. A while ago I saw a fellow realtor friend at an event and he told me that he knew of a Mid-Century gem that the owner may sell. Well, of course, I knew that I could find a Buyer. This is another example of real estate transactions that take place where the house does not hit the open market. Click HERE for another transaction like this from last year.
This house is located near Ruth Park in U City and is adorable. Lots of light, plenty of vaulted ceilings and a cool fireplace.
Raj Tailor of Circa Properties represented the Seller.
Very cool. The house to the right of it, with the courtyard, is always one I've admired driving by.
I think another house is for sale just inside the preceding street (backs up to Old Bonhomme). It looks like it might have some structural damage though.

Welcome to the neighborhood! We're the house on the corner of Old Bonhomme and Dalkeith. The one with the Copa Villa sign in the yard. Stop by and say hi!
