The saga of 9 N. Brentmoor Park continues. This house was sold in 2008 for $2,500,000 and then slapped back on the market immediately....finally selling this month for $2,050,000. Well, a sign is in the yard again. It is not in the MLS yet. This is one of St. Louis' grandest homes, though it is basically a shell that needs millions of finishing on the inside.

Um yeah, the sales history on this house is bizarre. Hopefully someone will live there one day.

Drove by - no for sale sign, just a lot of construction vehicles!

This is one estate that I have had my eye on from the very beginning and I still see it as something that could be my dreamhome with a little bit of imagination.I would love to live there someday!
