This poor, neglected house in Hampton Park was on the market for for almost a year. It is now bank-owned and I am happy to say that I have a buyer who has it under contract. We are in the process of giving the house a "complete physical" to see what shape it is in. Cross your fingers...it really is a beautiful house and I can't wait to see it brought back to its original splendor. I will update you on what happens late in October.

It is really a great that now you are owner of this Hampton Park house, this is such a beautiful house, restoration and new makeover gives adorable look to this house.
