Last night we had a scrumptious tasting at Terrene presented by the owner, John McElwain, his wife/mixologist Sunny and the gracious staff. Terrene remains one of the best restaurants in St. Louis.
I should have taken notes....though two kinds of oysters
An arugula salad with fresh cherries
Gazpacho puree
A yummy scallop

Gnocci, shrimp and andouille sausage....perfect
Elk, blueberries and roast cauliflower
