Compton Height's Longfellow is the Westmoreland/Portland Place of S. Grand. What is so wonderful about this neighborhood is that all of the original houses are still there....so it is consistent and uniform. Westmoreland/Portland Place has had several homes torn down over the decades and new homes built on their lots. This lovely home is listed for $1,195,000. Just 3-5 years ago you could get homes like this on Longfellow for about $500,000.
