This $1.2 million dollar Frontenac home was supposedly featured in the Architectural Digest. It must have been during the 80's when teal, mauve and purple were king. I think I would look as unhappy as those plants in the atrium living in that interior.

It looks like Prince's house (from Saturday Night Live's "The Prince Show").

OK I am a big fan of the 80's not interior decorating but of music. I can't believe they would list this and not do anything to it. UGH. Why can't real estate agents educate clients?????

Ok I don't get this. At my "low" level of owning a home in the 150-200k range, I need to exhaust myself and my budget updating the interiors to get a buyer. How come those rules don't apply in the 1 million dollar range? Unless that is a super low price? Honestly, that would be a killer house with the right updates!

the properties in this area if they are updated go from 1.6 to 1.9 million, so they are taking a little cut, I am sure that they house will not go for 1.2, maybe if they got an offer of 800,000 they would take it.
